3D printing technology has made great strides in recent years. One of the most precise printing techniques is resin printing in which a photosensitive liquid synthetic resin is applied and immediately cured using UV light. Even with small-format prints, the smallest details are still visible, unlike with the widely used filament printers.

Archcom printed out the individual excavation steps of the wreck in 1:72 scale for us: from the state after the cargo hold was uncovered, to the inner planking, the frames, to the shell, consisting of outer planks, keel and sternpost.
