Accreditation
Trade visitors
The Nordic Film Days Lübeck will issue accreditation to specialist visitors from the film, TV and video industries. This includes film institutes, production companies, distributors, cinemas, film festivals, etc.
Online-accreditation forms are available from 11. September 2012. The Online-accreditation ends on 19. October. The accreditation fee amounts to 30 € (include. 19 % VAT). Any accreditation forms reaching us after the deadline will be charged with an increased accreditation fee of 40 €.
Employees of and students from academies, universities and universities of applied sciences (faculties: media, film, Scandinavian studies, Finnish studies) have the opportunity of acquiring accreditation from our academia contingent on presentation of official verification (e.g. a certificate of enrolment). Accreditation will be issued to a maximum of five participants per university.
Media pedagogues and teachers are given the opportunity of partaking in a supporting media pedagogical seminar .
The Nordic Film Days Lübeck reserve the right to decline accreditations. There is no legal claim to accreditation.
An accreditation authorizes free entry to all film screenings at the Nordic Film Days Lübeck. Tickets will be issued outside the respective cinema auditoriums as of 30 minutes prior to start – for as long as seats are available. You will be issued a catalogue and handouts upon payment of the accreditation fee at the information stand in the cinema CineStar Filmpalast Stadthalle, Mühlenbrücke 11, 23552 Lübeck.

Accreditations are issued to journalists who provide news coverage of the Nordic Film Days Lübeck.
Online-accreditation forms are available from 11th september 2012.
We kindly ask journalists who are being accredited for the first time and/or did not report in the preceding year, for additional confirmation of news coverage by the editor-in-charge.
Upon examination of your accreditation documents you will receive confirmation by the press department. The accreditation will be decided on by the festival. There is no legal claim to accreditation.
Photographers and camera teams who wish only to report on certain events need not apply for accreditation but will receive special permits in the pressroom of the Nordic Film Days Lübeck.
An accreditation authorizes free entry to all screenings at the Nordic Film Days within the limits of the ticket contingent for accredited persons. Tickets can be collected at the respective cinema entrance shortly prior to start. Upon arrival, accredited persons further receive a copy of the festival catalogue free of charge in the pressroom.
The accreditation fee amounts to 30 € (include. 19 % VAT) and must be paid upon collection of the accreditation documents in the pressroom of the Nordic Film Days Lübeck.
The accreditation deadline is 19. October 2012. Any applications submitted belatedly will be charged with an additional fee of 10 €.
