No more animal masks! Tale is firmly convinced that her theatre group can do more than musicals and children’s theatre. Their next performance should be nothing less than a play by the famous Norwegian author Jon Fosse. Even Jonas, a professional actor, allows himself to be talked into taking over directing duties. But he’s in the middle of a personal crisis and he has one condition: Vegard must play the male lead at Tale’s side. The theatre troupe is up in arms. Vegard’s a complete idiot, and he’s only interested in his car and in football - not in theatre! To add insult to injury, Tale and Vegard are supposed to spend their free time together too, to make them more believable on stage.
